Our Mission
At Lead with Love, we put love into action to combat social injustices youth face and foster leaders within Southside Chicago's priority communities. We are dedicated to addressing root causes of violence through holistic approaches that prioritize mental health, physical health, education, and exposure opportunities. Our no-cost community events, youth programs and initiatives empower youth to become agents of change in their communities.

Lead with Love envisions a Southside Chicago where every young person possesses the tools, resources, and opportunities needed to reach their full potential. We envision communities free from violence and filled with opportunities for growth and success. We strive for a future where violence is replaced with compassion, equity, and opportunity. By fostering a culture of love, empathy, and empowerment, we aim to create a community where youth are not only supported but also encouraged to actively shape their own future and positively impact the future of their neighborhoods.
